[mythtv-users] new and different deadlock on master

My master (v0.25pre-3272-g7768ebc) backend seems to have deadlocked in a
new and different way than it was before.  The log is reporting:

and mythweb couldn't connect reporting errors trying to get the proto
version.

I just started up a mythfrontend and that seems to have resolved the
deadlock.
