[mythtv-users] MythWelcome wont shutdown SBE/FE when not recording

My system is setup with a MBE, and a couple of SBE/FE (one with 2x DVB-T
Tuners, one with a Dummy Tuner).
MBE runs 24/7 as it does other stuff on my network, DHCP, DNS Cache,
File storage for Desktops.

I have my FE setup as SBE, so that they can assist in Commercial
flagging when they are switched on, and shut themselves down when not
required for recording, but I find that the SBE/FE with the Dummy tuner
will not automatically shutdown until all recordings / commercial
flagging is complete (ie MBE and all SBE's are idle).

I have also found that even if I exclude it from doing any
Transcode/Flagging jobs, it still will not automatically shutdown until
the MBE and other SBE are all idle.

It seems that MythWelcome and mythstatus works system wide, not per
node. Or am I missing something?
