Ahh, it's ROBERT!  :)

Thanks for the info, I wondered about that.  And *thank you* for the
guide, it worked perfectly for me.  It's sad it's not higher on google
listings, but at least I found it.  And it's awesome that the SD guys
are receptive to your requests, should make things better all around.
