Uninstall mythtv-themes and use the Theme Chooser. In the Theme
Chooser, hit MENU (M), then tell it to show the downloadable themes.

This theme does not exist. It's an old one from old versions of MythTV.

You really need to post a /complete/ log file from mythfrontend startup
to GUI display. A user asking for help figuring out a problem is not
the best person to decide which information in the log is useful and
what is unimportant. :)

That said, I'm pretty sure if you get rid of all the old/broken themes
from old MythTV versions, all will work well.
