Myth.rebuilddatsbase.pl should run against any myth version. It has for me since about .22 up to a mid-August hit trunk.

It does NOT, however, fill in the file size of the files it finds and inserts. There is a script on the wiki called myth.filesizer which completes the process. (or email me, and I will send it to you and re-post on the wiki if it has succumbed to bit-rot).
