That's a visit form the clue fairy!   Another scan, this time with the 'scan new transports'? (I can't remember the exact name of the check box) ticked has found another Channel 4 HD lurking (for me) on channel #21200, and judging by the file size in mythweb it's recording True Blood successfully.   Let me just fire up my mac frontend...  Yup - it's working and there's a 4Hd dog in the corner.
