Strangely enough, though, for some inexplicable reason, Windows drivers 
don't support V4L (Video4Linux), the API MythTV uses to access most 
capture cards.

Best bet is to just run a GNU/Linux MythTV backend system, and use 
whatever client system you want to run mythfrontend.
