[mythtv-users] OT: Lowest possible latency moving frames from frame grabber to screen

If I were to create a real-time priority application that did nothing
except pull frames from a frame grabber and put them to the screen,
what kind of latency could I expect to achieve? It there any chance
that a Wii connected through such a setup would be at all playable?
