For the episode in question, the English subtitle was "Family
Practice". In Swedish, that might be "Allmänmedicin", or some better
translation. Any other subtitle is wrong. If no EPG providers supply
correct episode names, then there is not really any good way to resolve
the issue.

TheTVDb does not actually provide episode name-to-number searching.
Instead, the ttvdb.py grabber must download the entire series list, and
perform a fuzzy search internally, based off levenshtein proximity. As
a consequence, it is not possible to search on your subtitle, and get
the correct subtitle back. Thus, everyone with correct data, either
from correct EPG data, or manually entered when ripping DVD sets, would
end up with your incorrect subtitle. This service is not just used by
MythTV, but a whole slew of applications that may never even see EPG
data. You would be breaking things for everyone, just so your
particular instance would sort of work.
