But first of all, with House as a example, since episode name is empty on
every episode on every season in the Swedish translation, it must be
impossible for anyone in Sweden to get the correct data? Independent of
what source they use.

And so far i have failed to find any data source in Sweden that actually
have names instead of numbers to identify a episode. But it could
exist.(But wouldn't work anyway since the translation is empty on
thetvdb.org, unless a fallback to English is used. But i dont want to
change that.)

Back to the original question, now you say that the subtitle field does not
get matched to the episodes name field on thetvdb.org? Or am i
misunderstanding?
(But i see that i wrote the wrong thing above, what i was suggesting was to
use the information that is available in Sweden to identify episodes, and
put that information as Episode Name on thetvdb.org. So my question may be
obsolete. Sorry for the confusion.)
