Hi;

Any results from this:

  grep -i verbose /var/log/mythtv/mythbackend.log

I'm running 0.25pre, so this may not be the same,
but you could try:

  mythbackend --setverbose general,nofile,noextra
  (or -h & -v help if thats the wrong syntax.)
