[mythtv-users] Multiple Lineups / Live TV Channel Change

This is capture card order.  It is not card input order.

Which the OP really needs to read--completely--and understand, rather 
than using some forum advice or whatever it was that suggested the 
staggered tuners.

Note, though, that this is what I refer to as the, "break MythTV 
recordings by prioritizing Live TV over recordings" configuration.

Works the same regardless of sources--only difference is you may be 
locked onto a tuner that can't access channels from your other source(s).

Picking the virtual tuner is the actual source of the issue, because it potentially has it's physical overlord being used.

And this is being done because of your completely broken configuration 
that staggers inputs.

You need to do a Delete all capture cards (not Delete all capture cards 
on <hostname>) and fix them.
