[mythtv-users] mythbuntu 0.24.1 mythfrontend now dying with error

Hi all,

Please ignore this - it was due to NFS locking errors that resulted
after I was tweaking a FreeBSD server whose last lot of code updates
had borked its ethernet interface, causing it to report that setting
the MTU to something other than 1500 had worked, when  it had not.
That was causing bunch of holdups when accessing its shares, and I
turned off lockd on it as part of the diagnostic process, and forgot
to restart it. mythfrontend likes to lock a file, and well.....
