[mythtv-users] Help debugging failed HDHR recordings

Apologize beforehand for the line wrapping :=(

Recently purchased a dual tuner HDHR v3, setup without multirec.
0.24/fixes last pulled on 20110428 (April 28, 2011)

LiveTV works fine, setting up a manual record (watching liveTV pressing
R) works as well. Scheduled recordings seem to fail most of the time,
only about 1 in 5 recordings will be successful. Other tuners work 100%
flawless!

Firmware is most recent version. HDHR is connected to the same GigE
switch as the backend. MythTV sees the HDHR via Device ID. HDHR has a
static IP as assigned by MAC address. HDHR GUI shows signal strengths
at 85-95%. SD and HD recordings fail. Immediately following a failed
recording, I tune to that channel with that tuner, and press R to
manually record.

Here's a recent log output at the time of a fail recording. One
recording on a different tuner had finished,
as this failed recording was scheduled to start. Network traffic was
low to non existent at this time.
I see nothing of interest -- which options should I pass to give better
info?

At 22:04 is when I opened Mythweb to check if the recording had failed or not.
Cardid 6 is tuner #1 for the HDHR, cardid 8 is tuner #2 for the HDHR.
I have deleted all capture cards and re-added.

NOT! Input/Output/CPU/HD bound as far as I can tell :=)
Backend is dedicated, with a Core2Duo e8500, 2GiB RAM, 2x dedicated
SATA TV drives.
2x Asus Falcon2, HVR1600, single HDHR v3.
I can set all 6 tuners to record at the same time (3x SD, 3x HD) iostat
never reports more than 40-50% utilization, with top reporting ~0.8 cpu
(2x commflag running).

Before adding the HDHR, I've never had a failed recording in 3 years.
