Interestingly I went through a period of having this problem with that program and others here in the uk on channel 4 and on e4.   And it only seemed to be a problem after a lossless transcode, like that switched the audio channels over, or lost some kid of default flag. 

I've not noticed it recently, but I don't know if it's just certain programs that have the issue. 

I ended up assigning a button on my remote to switch audio channels to make it easier to get the right one. 

It may be worth upgrading to the latest -fixes release if you're not already.
