I've never worked with virtual tuners under myth. Does myth handle
input groups (where you have multiple inputs using a shared resource,
and only 1 can function at a time) at the physical tuner level or the
virtual tuner level? If it were at the physical tuner level, then myth
would be able to handle it either way. If it's at the virtual tuner
level, then yeah it would be a problem. Of course, this is purely
academic, as the prime doesn't allow you to configure separate tuners
differently.
