[mythtv-users] Commflag Failed with exit status 140

I'm seeing a lot of my commflag jobs showing up with the message "Failed
with exit status 140" in the logs.   Sometimes, half the show will be
properly flagged, sometimes all of it.  It just depends on the show itself.

This is very vague, but any ideas as to what could be causing it?
