I read on a confidential discussion document that the intent at DSO
was a for initially two Muxs to be DVB-T2 and the third to be a
'floater' for transferring the majority of channels to DVB-T2 by 2018,
however I want to be clear this was a discussion doc and not policy or
confirmed.
