There is no chance of getting anywhere when calling 1-800-COMCAST.
You need to escalate the issue at a corporate level.  Call the Comcast
headquarters in Philadelphia and express your frustrations.  They were
over-the-top nice to me and made sure they got me in contact with the
correct people within a couple days.  They would call me at least once
a day with updates.  That is how I got them to correct the copy
protection flags in my area.
