Time to upgrade to 0.23-fixes or 0.24-fixes (both of which are hugely 
improved over 0.22-fixes)?

(Seriously, though, it looks like your DVB card/drivers had some kind of 
problem and MythTV lost communication with it, then the backend 
shutdown/crashed or something, and restarted.  If you could get us a 
backtrace of the backend crashing ( http://www.mythtv.org/wiki/Debugging 
), we could work on fixing that, but without, it will be very difficult.)
