[mythtv-users] missing recordings

Hi,

Last week I had several missed recordings. The shows were in the
"Watch Recordings" list, but the files did not exist. During this
period, some shows recorded fine.

For example, the backend log for one such missed recording showed:

I noticed that there was no "Updating status for "The Tudors" on
cardid 2 (Tuning => Recording)" message for the failed recording. What
could cause this message to be missing?

Any ideas?

I'm running Ubuntu 10.10 Desktop with the latest 0.24 fixes (Mythbuntu
AMD64 packages) on the backend box.
