Yeah, that's what you need to do.

The 1019 schema version was somewhere after 0.21 but before 0.22 
MythVideo, so it seems you never actually had MythVideo installed on 
your 0.23 (or 0.22) system.  (It seems to be between 0.21 and 0.22 
because the 1020 update is where it's failing.)
