Those 'nice audio features' are HD bitstreaming over HDMI, presumably?
Anything else?

If so, <http://www.missingremote.com/review/nvidia-gt-430> suggests that (at
the time of writing, anyway) only the GTX460 and GTS450 have that, rather
than the entire 4xx range.
