The above is all true, but just for the sake of completeness: .24
will also auto-grab your metadata for newly added items after a scan
(just be patient and don't leave mythvideo, it's going on in the
background), and remember that all metadata grabbing is reliant on
properly installed metadata scripts, and functioning python bindings,
both of which people have managed to... misplace... before.
