I haven't yet taken the time to measure things to be absolutely
certain, but if my motherboard is not perpendicular to the back panel
(as I suspect), how exactly would that be Ceton's fault? As I said,
I've also experienced this with my Hauppauge card. I think the biggest
difference is, as ken mentioned, a PCI 1x has a much smaller connecter
than an 8x or 16x PCIe or an old regular PCI card does. Thus the
smaller connector doesn't have quite as much grip and is more likely
to slip out. This is the first 1x PCIe card I've ever purchased, so
that may be why I'm particularly noticing this sort of thing now.
