[mythtv-users] ZOTAC ION Motherboard - onboard supply?

I've noticed that several people here are running Zotac ION
motherboards and am wondering if anyone has any experience or
expertise regarding the capacity of its onboard power supply circuit
(It uses an external laptop style power brick) ?
I've been testing such a board as either a possible FE or combined
BE/FE and have decided that I'm happy with its performance as a BE/FE.
However this would mean I'd want to add a second hard drive and a
DVD, making two SATA hard disks, a SATA DVD drive and 2 USB capture
cards in all.
The motherboard comes with three SATA power outputs and 6 USB slots so
that would imply that there shouldn't be a problem, but comparing the
size of the power brick and the few motherboard components with an ATX
PSU makes me wonder. Rating the power brick (and upgrading it if
necessary) isn't difficult but I can't find any information on the
motherboard voltage converters.
If I had to, I could buy a larger HDD to replace the two smaller
drives that I already have, but do you think I'm being unecesssarily
concerned?
