[mythtv-users] Hard-drive spindown when idle?

Be aware that hdparm may not have any effect on SATA drives.  For those,
you'll need something like sg3-utils and/or spindown:

Supposedly enabling AHCI mode in the BIOS will  make hdparm work again, but
that can sometimes bring its own set of problems.
