It sounds like your cable provider (I'm guessing charter) has started
to encrypt some of those channels.  Comcast in my area has encrypted
everything above channel 29.  In order to get these, you would need a
cablecard-based tuner (hence the interest in the new hdhomerun PRIME,
Ceton, etc), or you may be able to use the firewire output of a
firewire-capable cable box.  I could be wrong, though.
