Hauppauge WinTV-DCR-2650 (2-tuner): $129 ($65 per tuner)
SiliconDust HDHomeRun PRIME (3-tuner): $249 ($85 per tuner)
Ceton InfiniTV 4 (4-tuner): $299 ($75 per tuner)

In my area Comcast charges $1.99 per CableCard with the first being "free".
Although it would take quite a while for $1.99 to make up the difference
between devices, I am really shooting for eliminating any rental fees.
