The 8400GS has plenty of power for Bluray decoding, as decoding is done 
in a custom ASIC, not the GPU.  The Matroska demuxer has a nasty 
behavior of bursty reads.  With the high bitrate of (real) Bluray 
content, this could cause problems if you are streaming across a slower 
network.
