All the files needed to run a MythTV frontend and slave backend
(including mplayer for MythStream and the proprietary NVIDIA drivers)
result in a image that is about 100MB and takes less than 10s to
download. As a result, I find it easier to include all the files rather
than attempting to figure out exactly which ones are needed.
