[mythtv-users] win32-packager on Git for 0.24-fixes?

I am in the process of upgrading from 0.23 to 0.24.  My home has 3 Ubuntu
boxes, 1 Windows 7 64-bit, and one MacBook Pro on OSX 10.6.6.  The linux
boxes upgraded flawlessly, I have found some information on the OSX build
scripts, but I cannot find any information on the Win32 build script.

The wiki page at http://www.mythtv.org/wiki/MythTV_on_Windows does not have
any information on how to obtain or build the latest 0.24 fixes or obtain
the script from Git.  Would a kind soul be willing to provide some advice
for building myth on Win32 using 0.24-fixes and Git?
