[mythtv-users] 0.24-fixes: backend no longer sees HDPVR?

I get this in the log but don't know why it failed init,
2011-01-13 13:29:28.214 mythbackend: Problem with capture cards: Card
5failed init
2011-01-13 13:29:28.215 TVRec(5): ClearFlags(RecorderRunning,) -> 0x0

I can do a cat /dev/video0 > test.ts and it works.
any reason why the HDPVR would fail init?
