I see these on my boxes if I haven't used the IP channel change
command in awhile.  But after the first attempt it typically works
fine for sometime (haven't narrowed down exactly how long).  The
updated script that will be posted later should solve your problems, a
simple retry works for me.  IP has been more reliable than serial
control ever was for me.
