First, on this list, bottom posting is required.

Second.  try 'osx-packager.pl -distclean' and then another build run.

Third, an updated version of osx-packager.pl to use git is in development.  You can get a copy at:

https://github.com/MythTV/packaging/raw/98927e37ee43a9dea91411652ff41ccc0f878ee0/OSX/build/osx-packager.pl

The simplest approach is to create a new directory containing only this script and then execute it.  It will download everything, including git, and attempt to do a build from scratch.  Of couse, this could take several hours.
