Yes, I had read those docs already and found them sorely lacking. For
example, this gem: "Choose the appropriate settings for your particular
tuner. Use the arrow keys to move around and to make your choices, and press
RETURN when complete."
Right. Just what I needed to know - move the arrow keys and make selections.
WOW - someone actually typed that as an instruction? Why not shorten it to
"start the program and configure it."

I thank you all for the replies sincerely, but this SW looks like a high
school science project, and I was looking for something more like a finished
application. My mistake, I ought not have wasted everyone's time.
