Note that this is *not* an HD-PVR.  This is completely new hardware
that accomplishes a similar function, but is 100% new as regards
chipset and thus, driver.  The existing HD-PVR driver will not work
and there is no immediate indication of what, if any, firmware
upgradeability issues there will be-- or even if there will be
firmware period.
