[mythtv-users] HD-PVR and switching inputs with correct audio inputs

I've been trying to determine if it's possible to assign a different
audio input on the HD-PVR with the different video inputs.  I have my
component video input connected to a DirecTv STB and have it connected
to the Rear RCA for audio until I can get a coax to optical converter
(only coax on the H24 receiver).  This is my default inputs for most
recording.  But occasionally I will record VHS via the front side
composite on the HD-PVR.  I don't seem to have a way to get the
composite connection to use the front RCA inputs on the HD-PVR without
changing the default in the "Capture Card" menu for the HD-PVR.  I
would think that if the HD-PVR could switch video inputs on the
fly(live-tv), it should be able to switch audio inputs at the same
time.

Previously I was using a Avermedia (bttv-based) pci capture card that
I've had for several years, but there seemed to be a lot more noise in
the recordings than what I get from the HD-PVR.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
