I just discovered this morning that recordings I have used
mythvidexport.py to send to mythvideo all display the "blocks" like
this when I seek in them.  I have not had time to play with the
cutlist and seeklist options for it, but re-running the commflagger to
generate a new seektable fixed it right up.  I only see the artifacts
on 264 recordings though (hdpvr)..
