.24 doesn't use OSD themes.  All old OSD themes are no longer used.
The concept of separate OSD and UI themes no longer exists.  Now if
you use, say, Arclight, you get Arclight, including its OSD.

So basically, whatever you are seeing is the OSD for the UI theme you
have chosen.
