[mythtv-users] changing hostname, where are the backup/restore scripts?

I decided it's time to finally fix the hostname of my machine, which means
I'll need to also fix the database.
I found
http://www.mythtv.org/wiki/Database_Backup_and_Restore#Change_the_hostname_of_a_MythTV_frontend_or_backend,
but unfortunately I don't have the mythconverg_*** scripts on my machine,
and the download links on that page are not working (they redirect to
github, which then gives me a 404).
Anyone have a current link for these scripts, and/or tips for updating the
hostname?
I'm still on 0.21 in case that matters.
