What's wrong with it?  Does it have the same features as regular MythTV?
Are there more bugs or less frequent updates of Mythbuntu?

I know that the cable company can disable the port.  I pulled the DVR
out.  It does have 1394 ports.  I'll try hooking it up soon.  It would
give me a free tuner to test with.
