Hmm, here is what I get for a real example (copied out of mythweb)
The file in question - Rescue Me/Rescue Me 04x10 - High.mkv
Title - Capriccio all'Italiana
Subtitle - High
Season - 0
Episode - 0
Plot - (Seems correct)
IMDB - 73741
This is the picture it comes up with:
