Thats not it, I built a new system with the PCI tuner (using budget_ci
driver), new motherboard, CPU, memory... The only common thing is the
hard drive (SSD root and NFS for recordings/videos).

I guess I can try and rebuild the whole system in case something is
corrupt/broken, but I would prefer not to if possible.
