[mythtv-users] icons not showing on OSD or EPG.. but appearing in mythweb

And I assume the permissions on the pictures are set where everyone can
read (and not to just apache, or whomever can see them), right?  Just
eliminating something obvious (and this happens to me all the time!) so
you can really look..
