I don't if this will help, but I have the same card and a couple of DVICOS.

I am in the Shoalhaven (NSW), and caught between two transmission towers
at Mt. Cambewarra and Knights Hill. I need to use the latter. When
scanning the damn cards latch onto the weaker transmitter for SBS and
WIN (9?) (Mt. Cambewarra). MythTV will then not find the other signals,
I presume because it thinks it has already found it. Consequently, no
SBS and WIN. Oddly, it will detect the the other channels correctly
from the transmitter I need to use. Incidentally, the DVICOs behave in
exactly the same way.

My solution was to obtain the specs for the transmitters and set the
cards manually to the correct signals. Google was my friend, as they say.

Regards
