The one this thread is about: Wide Open West (WOW).  :-)

In case you missed the context, WOW is eliminating analog cable in all
markets over the next few months (beginning mid May for Michigan).
They are doing it in 3 phases. In each phase, they will remove a block
of analog channel and replace it with a block of digital (standard
definition) versions of those channels. The channels will be
transmitted in unencrypted QAM form, meaning you can capture it in
mythtv using an HD Homerun or other digital QAM tuner. At the same
time, in each phase they will also be adding a block of new digital HD
channels, though these HD channels will require a cablecard or cable
box to decode.
