I think the problem is that by default, mythweb transcodes to flv on
the fly, so there is no real source file to seek. For this to work, I
think you'd have to pre-transcode all your media to flv first, or
somehow hack it so that the http timecode request prompts ffmpeg to
start encoding from the specified timestamp.
