By that logic ; Windows includes components taken from BSD (like the
networking stack, just like MacOS) therefore Windows is running
FreeBSD..

Riiiiiiigght.

Mac OS doesn't used FreeBSD; no Apple product is using FreeBSD.
MacOS shares some common code with BSD and FreeBSD ; mostly the userland.

It is not FreeBSD
