Or - what seemed simpler to set up when I ran into this problem - add
options to modprobe.conf.

I have

   options dvb_usb_dib0700 adapter_nr=0,1 force_lna_activation=1
   options cx88-dvb adapter_nr=4,5


You need only to know which drivers are used by your cards.
